The North end construction projects are making good progress in the month of August here in Las Vegas. The SLS is rebranding as is brings back the Sahara Las Vegas name and with a massive remodel. Also, the Stratosphere has new owners and a new name as they rebrand as the Strat. Even the surrounding areas are getting a boost as old building are being remodeled and the neighborhood is looking a lot cleaner for visitors to walk around and get sore necks from looking up at the pod high above the Strat.
The North end of the Las Vegas Strip is definitely going to have its own element in the next few years as things progress with new construction builds that continuing to add to the draw of tourists and convention-goers every month.
Most notably is that Las Vegas is growing again. It seems that Hotels and Resorts are changing things up and making Vegas interesting again. But, it comes at a price for visitors and for the people that live here. You can expect resort fees to go up and the cost of living to go up as more new home construction continues to climb here. As far as your vacation or convention, you can bet it will be a little more costly to stay and enjoy all the things Las Vegas has to offer.
