Las Vegas is exploding with new growth and entertainment. The exciting part of Vegas is the new addition of professional sports to the mix such as the much anticipated Oakland Raiders are now officially the Las Vegas Raiders. This brings a whole new dynamic to Las Vegas in the form of sporting events and family entertainment.
New Expansion to the Las Vegas Convention Center
The Las Vegas Convention Center is getting a whole new addition to its massive property and it is even going to have an underground people mover to get you from one end to another with minimal effort. Las Vegas is already hosting 20,000 conventions and meetings per year and we expect this number to jump in the coming years. Software giant Oracle has just announced that it’s bringing its convention to Las Vegas in 2020. Adding over 64 million to the Las Vegas economy for years to come.
Allegiant Stadium Nears Completion
Allegiant stadium has a completion date of July 2020, with a new stadium that resembles the Star Wars Death Star, it has everyone talking on social media and taking on a meme of its own.
In With The New in Las Vegas
There are many other new restaurants and casino remodels that are already in the works. The latest prospect hotel that MGM is looking to sell is The Tropicana that sits right next to the MGM Grand, Excalibur and New York New York. This will be an exciting New Year as most hotels and casinos are revamping their floors and rooms to entice new guests and sports fans to their properties for a New Vegas to emerge. It’s even gone as far as downtown Las Vegas as Fremont Street is getting a New Hotel called Circa that is looking to open in the fall of 2020 just in time for NFL football to start here in Las Vegas.
