This proposed master plan for Exhibition City comprises 240 acres of a mixed-use development with three major components: Auto City centers on 2.5 million square feet of auto pavilions surrounded by testing tracks, along with retail and a hotel; Oasis City features extensive retail, a larger hotel combination and an 18,000-seat arena. Anchoring the two is Expo City, with three million square feet of auto and exhibition space, as well as its own hotel and casino. Each of the project’s three facets increases the viability and richness of the next. A transit system provides interconnections throughout Exhibition City and with Las Vegas Boulevard.
