Caesars Sells Rio Hotel & Casino Treasure Island Buys Circus Circus and More

Las Vegas is in a buying and selling frenzy lately and just recently The Rio Hotel & Casino sells to Imperial Companies of New York and Treasure Island (Phil Ruffin) buys Circus Circus. These changes are due to investment strategies in selling off properties and improving the bottom line for investors. This is nothing new in Las Vegas as the economy is strong and the number of visitors coming to Las Vegas is projected to increase as new attractions and casinos are being constructed on the strip and downtown areas.

Las Vegas is a forever changing landscape with new innovative ideas and concepts coming to the desert. The Las Vegas Raiders will be a huge draw in 2020. This milestone will be an interesting new story for Las Vegas and all that come to visit for sports entertainment and other venues that are being constructed for future use. The idea of Las Vegas as a 24-hour running city is not out of the realm of possibility for as major league sports seem to be the focus of entertainment for Vegas goers.

That being said, you can bet that other properties on the strip will shutter and sell off their properties in peak opportunities for investors looking to cash out and profit in a busy economic frenzy that Vegas is experiencing as of late.

The New Vegas is Coming

The new Vegas will astonish and amaze anyone that is looking to visit and explore Las Vegas as new attractions off-the-strip will entertain and excite the senses. Area 15 is a new venue off-the-Las Vegas-Strip that is an immersive art installation venue in a newly built warehouse near the Palace Station Hotel Casino. If you ever heard of Meow Wolf you’ll know what I mean by immersive art experience. Area 15 will take this to a whole new level of as it prepares for it’s opening in the Fall of 2020.

Kaos at The Palms

Club Kaos is getting an upgrade to its venue at the Palms off the strip. This newly remodeled hotel-casino is getting an all-season dome for its pool parties and Club Kaos that sits adjacent to the pool area. Now you can enjoy pool parties in the winter months without getting cold. It will be the first venue with a dome to be used year-round.
